Amelia property rentals in the Umbria region and Terni province

Situated near Amelia whose origins back to the 5 century B.C. like the polygonial walls show, which bound a big part of the historical centre. The archaeological finds belonging to the Roman and Etruscan period are many and important and kept in the Amelia's museum; one of them is the Germanic's Bronze statue.

The surronding landscape is made of huge and ever green fields of olive plantations and vineyards.

We have refurbished an old poor country house in a rustic style, it has got 3 appartaments and everyone is indipendent and with his own garden and autonomal heating.

Where we are Santa Caterina is situated on the provincial way which links Amelia to Orvieto, only at 5 Kms from Amelia; surrounded by an amazine, country where the time seems to be stopped. Elevation about sea level is about 400 metres.

The landscape is really amazing and we have a mild climate also during, the whole winter.

Also includes a living room, small kitchen, double bed sofa, to double rooms, (one of them has got two single beds) and everyone has gotthis own bathroom and shower. 

How to get here

It's easy to get the country house from A1 motorway and railway until the exits to Orte and Attigliano which are distant only 15 minutes, by car from the country house.

It is placed in a particular part of the Umbria region which is the real green heart of Italy, It's near Rome, the Lazio's south cast, centre of the Papal residences.

It takes only one hour by car to get Rome and Perugia, 2 hours for Florence, about hour for Assisi and half an hour to get Viterbo, Orvieto and Spoleto. Eventually it takes no more than two hours toget the other cultural centres of the Umbria and Tarquinia and Montalto's south coasts.
