The house is placed on the top of a hill where you can see the typical Apennine landscape, surrounded by wood, age-old trees and characteristic rural buildings.

The house is inside private area where guests can get a rich breakfast and children can play in safe and feel free.
We offer two 2 rooms, each with private bathroom, entrance and independent heating, marked out by furnishing and colours:

Red room with 4 beds and a little living area, suitable for guests preferring to visit the famous centres of the region, easily reachable from here.

Blue room with 4 beds and cooking corner, is up to families with children or guests preferring to have relax and tranquillity.

Prices

Red room 30,00 Euro per person.

Blue room 40,00 Euro per person.

10% discount for week staying (6 nights).

The prices include:
bed and bath linen, room cleaning, consumptions, heating, breakfast (*).

Children until three years free.
Children until ten years reduction 50%.

Animals 10 Euro per day.
