Real Estate in Tuscany

Tuscany covers an area of almost 23,000 square kilometres. Its rough shape is that of a triangle on its side, with the wide base to the left and the point to the right. The 'base' of this triangle is Italy's north west coast stretching from Massa Carrara which borders Liguria at the 'top' down to Argentario at the 'bottom' next to Lazio. The 'point' of the triangle stretches beyond the Casentino National Park and into Le Marche. The area of Tuscany known as Chiantishire, because of the influx of Brits, is just a small part of what this wonderful region can offer you.

Real Estate in Puglia

Puglia (sometimes known as Apulia in English) is in southern Italy - the heel of the 'boot'. People may have heard of the region's trulli – attractive-looking white stone buildings with black conical roofs, but few know about the spacious, light-filled alternative – the masseria, or fortified farmhouse. And now it is possible to own your own 21st- century version of the traditional masseria.

The Puglia real estate masseria project is based in Salento, the southernmost tip of the region. It is a glorious area much loved by Italian holidaymakers and second-home owners. The coastline has two seas, the Ionian to the west and the Adriatic to the east. As well as its clean, white beaches, Salento has much to offer visitors, including the stunning town of Lecce, also known as 'the Florence of the south' and the beautiful port of Otranto.

The region is also one of the biggest olive oil producers in Italy and everywhere you look in Salento there are groves of massive, centuries-old olive trees surrounded by dry stone walls delineating the boundaries.
